IDENTITY TRUST / 02

Cybte VerificationBuild trust.Verify the evidence.

Bring identity-check results, case history and review decisions into one structured workflow. Cybte separates provider evidence from the platform’s decision so a callback alone is never treated as identity proof.

THE PRODUCT

A careful foundation for customer verification.

Identity checks involve sensitive information and important decisions. Cybte’s development implementation includes provider adapters, verification cases, histories and audit records. It is designed to distinguish a provider response from an accepted verification result, with review steps when an answer is not conclusive.

01

Provider evidence

Keep normalized evidence separate from the platform’s decision. A successful HTTP response is not, on its own, proof of identity.

02

Scoped workflows

Development controls connect verification cases and business activity to the appropriate account or workspace.

03

Review and traceability

Record decisions, retries and review activity. Treat uncertain or unavailable results explicitly rather than presenting them as verified.

A RESPONSIBLE START

Start with a controlled integration evaluation

Define the country, document method, expected outcomes and data-handling requirements before opening a pilot. Synthetic fixtures let the team test success, not-found, invalid-format and temporary-unavailability paths without using real identity documents.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few clear answers.

Understand the current scope before choosing a workflow.

Which countries and identity methods are available?

The documented development scope is the Kenya National ID sandbox. Broader country and method support requires provider confirmation and completed testing; contact the team for the current permitted scope.

Does this include live liveness or AML screening?

Those capabilities are not represented as validated or launched by this page. A KYC workflow description is not a compliance certification or a guarantee that every check is supported.

Should I upload a real ID to try it?

No. The current evaluation scope uses approved synthetic data only. Real-document processing requires a separately approved service, privacy safeguards and readiness review.
